Telephonic Interview

After screening online applications the next step is the telephonic interview. This will be done by our HR executives / managerial professionals. In this step, we will just find your, previous live project work experience, current salary details, educational qualification and about you.

Direct Interview

After the telephonic interview and assessment, if we find you are appropriate for the company, our HR Executive will call you once again and will fix the date and time for the direct interview. Here we will evaluate your eligibility. If you could clear this phase too here comes the last.

Job Offer/Work Contract

Confirmed profiles will receive a Job Confirmation call with specified offers. Now, at this point, you can meet us (the Employer) and learn more about the job offer, joining date, working contract terms & conditions, offer customization, etc.
